Refund policy
The following is for guidance only and does not affect the Terms and Conditions.
1. Our aim
We want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods you can return any item in its original condition, for any reason within 30 days of receipt of goods for a replacement or a refund. Transit damages and shortages must be notified within 48 hours.
Please note that if you are returning an item which is not faulty or damaged, only not suitable, then you are liable for the delivery charge and to return the item to us.
2. General
All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement will be issued.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
3. How to return a product
Send your product to Ferguson Pet Foods Returns, 5 Kingsthorne Park, Houstoun Industrial Estate, Livingston, West Lothian, EH54 5DB. Remember to include a copy of your invoice or a letter with your name, address and order number inside the package so we know who the goods belong to on return.
4. Damaged/Faulty Orders
If we have made an error with your delivery or you wish to return a faulty or damaged item, please contact us on info@fergusonpetfoods.co.uk
